LE CLOWN GOURMAND
When Laurent and Fabienne Montgillard created their restaurant in 2005, they had the good idea to choose the theme of the clown to decorate it, a personal collection that has since expanded by brightening up the room in a multicoloured and joyful way. Laurent Montgillard's professional career is impressive, from the Prime Minister's kitchens during his military service to those of great restaurants such as Le Relais Château de Divonne-les-Bains, Lameloise in Chagny, Le Grand Véfour in Paris, Le Carré des Feuillants, Le Crillon or L'Absinthe. With this in mind, Laurent knows how to prepare a creative cuisine with carefully selected spices and sweet and salty combinations to give dishes gourmet flavours such as this financial pineapple pear and candied morel. The presentation of the dishes is particularly careful and our veal blanquette deserved a real tasting until the last trace of a perfect sauce.
