Brewery in Chalon-sur-Saône producing traditional home-made, local and seasonal cuisine, colorful dishes.

Located opposite the Palace of Justice, the aptly-named Brasserie du Palais was taken over in spring 2023 by Emma and Alexandre. The decor is both sober and chic, with different areas for lunch (only) or drinks in the evening. The menu is short, the service efficient and the dishes classic (burgers, salads, fillet of beef...) and very well mastered by the chef, who also offers daily suggestions. The huge terrace is a pleasant bonus, and the big screens offer sports fans plenty of material for passionate evenings.

Salut Paul, que de compliments, on nage en plein bonheur ???? Effectivement nous faisons un énorme travail sur la qualité de nos produits et toutes nos préparations maison, c'est toujours agréable que les clients s'en rendent compte ???? C’était excellent!! Nous avons très bien mangé, les plats sont copieux, de très bonne qualité et très savoureux. Le rapport qualité/prix est super.
Le restaurant a été refait; la déco est très modern et bien agencé.
