Le Terminus, just a stone's throw from the Chalon-sur-Saône train station, is the Hôtel Saint-Georges brasserie, with a warm, contemporary decor. Chef Luc Filoé's brasserie menu combines creativity, tradition and generosity. He works brilliantly with seasonal produce, and puts Burgundy's terroir in the spotlight (snails, poultry supremes, etc.). The service is rigorous and led by a dynamic team. It's all in a day's work for us, and for the guests of the hotel, which has itself been completely renovated in line with the latest trends.
