Les noix de St Jacques n'étaient pas fraîches, très grasses et beaucoup trop cuites. Quant au dessert, la crème brûlée à l'arôme de vanille n'a pas beaucoup de goût.
Peut-être serait-il bien de proposer moins de choix à la carte et de se concentrer que sur quelques plats ?
Je laisse tout de même une étoile pour l'équipe, très investie et aimable !
