Ce n'est pas une cuisine maison.
La viande ou le poisson nage dans la sauce.
Dessert totalement insipide.
Pour clore le tout un personnel pas toujours gracieux.

Le chef est amoureux estla réponse que nous avons eu hier soir devant notre plainte de deux plats de viande trop salés. Il y a déjà quelques mois j’avais pleuré du nez devant une sauce trop moutardée. Quel était son état ce jour là. Dommage ce super resto part à volo et devant cette réponse insignifiante nous passerons devant sans nous arrêter la prochaine fois

Restaurant réputé à Chalon s/S depuis des années. La qualité de la cuisine est vraiment bien mais c'est un peu cher. Mais cela vaut le coup ! Clientèle un peu agée.
