Museum housing archeological treasures discovered in the Saône, along with fine art masterpieces and paintings.
The Musée Denon houses a number of major works. One section is devoted to the Fine Arts, with masterpieces of 17th-century Neapolitan painting and the Rembrandt school, while the basement reveals archaeological treasures discovered in the Saône. There is also a collection of 160 woodcuts, the only one of its kind in France. Temporary exhibitions complete the picture, which is made all the more attractive by the fact that admission is free. Children's workshops are usually organized during the school vacations.
