A welcoming estate, a Côte Chalonnaise benchmark in the heart of Givry.
Domaine Thénard, located a stone's throw from the Porte de l'Horloge in the heart of Givry, was founded in 1760 by Jean-Baptiste Bordeaux Montrieux, his wife Dominique and their son André, who cultivate their savoir-faire of hospitality, even hosting one of the Musicaves stages at the end of June. While the vast majority of vines are planted on the finest plots in Givry, some are on the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits, with fabulous 1st and Grand Cru appellations. You can visit the 17th-century cellars, remarkable for their great height and vaulted structure.

Open Tuesday to Saturday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm. Mondays by appointment. Cellar tours by appointment - one of the host sites for Musicaves 2024.
