Italy has opened its doors in Mâcon! With the Dantè, chef Andréa Gangale from the Milanese region brought with him his best Italian specialities. Located in front of the Bar Le Galion, not far from the Prefecture, the Dantè is a beautiful establishment offering a nice sunny terrace in summer and a warm Mediterranean cuisine. The map changes with the seasons. On the menu: eggs and chestnuts with oil of white truffle, black ravioles to salmon, risotto aux without forgetting the inevitable fresh pasta cooked… al dente of course! Also taste one of the chef's specialities: The Italian-style burger. The wine list offers a beautiful assortment of exclusively Italian wines, including a white Soave «Tufaie», a Montepulciano of Abbruze, the rosés of Veneto. The Dantè transports you for a small hour in Italy. The chef's accent adds to the charm of the address.

Parfait.
Nous avons adoré la couleur rouge des pâtes faites maison.
Joliment préparé, mon mari étant des pouilles en Italie, à été conquis.
Nous y retournerons en famille et ou entre amis.

La bonne surprise de ce petit restaurant : les pâtes fraîches faites maison. Accueil très sympathique. Dommage pour la température ambiante, il faisait un peu trop frais.

Le cuisinier ceint de son tablier sale, est dehors lorsque nous arrivons à 20h15, devant un restaurant entièrement vide.
Le patron essaie de nous vanter sa marchandise dont nous doutons qu'il s'agisse de produits frais...il va chercher les apéritifs au bar, de l'autre côté de la rue. Bref, nous ne reviendrons pas
