A private historic monument in the heart of the Mâcon vineyards, the Château de Pierreclos is a magnificent medieval fortified castle that has had many owners. Today, it is the Pidault family who have taken possession of the place. Enter through the gate and enter the forecourt which leads to a passageway topped by a vaulted passageway on which the Michon coat of arms is inscribed. Discover the square tower and the main building. The visit lasts about an hour with a map of the route for adults and a booklet of games for children. The castle is also open for the Heritage Days in September. Self-guided or guided tours for groups by reservation, tasting: whether you are an individual, a group or with children, you are likely to enjoy the place.
