HOSTELLERIE BRESSANE RESTAURANT HO'GASTRONOME
Former bourgeois house in Saint-Germain-du-Bois, offering great Burgundy specialties for lunch and dinner.
An old bourgeois house that has kept its old-fashioned character, with red brick walls, floor tiles, beams, oak doors and multiple fireplaces. On the plate, you'll find local produce in every sauce. If you're dreaming of a meal based around Burgundy specialities, you'll be served snails, Bresse chicken, rainbow trout from the "Petite montagne" with Crémant de Bourgogne, a platter of mature cheeses from the region and a hot soufflé. Authentic is good.
