Restaurant offering a cuisine between French gastronomy and Asian traditions.
Since 2020, L'Aspérule has had a facelift. Of course, the cuisine of its creator (Michelin-starred chef Keigo Kimura, who can now be found at L'Aspérule in Dijon) is still very much present, and it's still a veritable voyage to the land of flavors that's on offer, between French gastronomy and Asian traditions. At the helm is chef Hidechika Kuritao, who has worked not only at the Dijon establishment, but also at the Michelin-starred La Mirande in Avignon, as well as in French restaurants in Tokyo. There's no doubt about it, we recommend this fine restaurant.

Les 3 vins servis ne valent absolument pas l’écart de prix par rapport à la formule sans les vins!! Un scandale qui plus est dans une région vinicole comme la Bourgogne
De plus, le cadre est vraiment médiocre pour un restaurant qui se veut gastronomique!

Cependant vous n'avez eu aucune expérience chez nous, votre avis est malhonnête et cherche a nuire l'image de notre établissement.
Tous les plats étaient excellents! Un petit plus pour le velouté de champignons ainsi que pour le magret de canard qui était parfaitement cuit et assaisonné.
