Restaurant to visit in Auxerre, offering a refined cuisine that gives pride of place to the creativity of the chef
Former chef of the renowned Jardin Gourmand, François Liebaert worked at La Côte Saint-Jacques before opening this Noyo, whose reputation has been established since its opening in June 2022. Refined cuisine with an emphasis on creativity and local produce. On the day of our visit, we really enjoyed the cold Fleury-la-Vallée green asparagus velouté with garden fennel as a starter, followed by a chicken from Ferme des Chocats before finishing with a strawberry pavlova from Augy. A very good table that we highly recommend.
