Three star hotel located near the train station offering a buffet breakfast.
Opened since 2021 in Migennes (where hotel supply is rare), the Mitigana has the great merit of being close to the train station. This 3-star establishment has 18 rooms and 2 family suites with perfect comfort: impeccable decoration and bedding, an Italian shower, a flat screen in each room. Not to mention the air conditioning and soundproofing. For the breakfast, we appreciate the large buffet proposed. Note also its restaurant, where the chef (and owner of the place) Nicolas Brelaud proposes a refined and traditional cuisine.

Des plats très fins et une cuisine originale, à la recherche de l'alliance des saveurs, le champignon et l'escargot, le foie gras et la mangue, le bar, la langoustine et l'epautre. C'est très bon ! Une carte bien maîtrisée, offrant un large choix de plat.
Une belle carte des vins, où les vins régionaux sont à l'honneur, Chablis, Irancy, Coulanges la Vineuse, au verre, en pichet ou en bouteille, très abordables.
Le service est rapide, professionnel, et attentionné.
Un très bon moment, dans un cadre au décor contemporain, très agréable !
