In a warm setting, this excellent table is creative while remaining faithful to traditions. A very nice address.
First of all, there is the setting, warm and rustic. As for the cuisine, it is creative while remaining close to traditions. Thus, during our visit, we were able to savor an excellent salmon Bömlo in gravlax, with rhubarb, hibiscus, beet, blinis and sour cream. A sweetness that was followed by a tasty handmade andouillette de Chablis with French fries, tomato Provencal and cream of Epoisses. You will have understood: we warmly recommend this establishment, very appreciated by the locals, whose menu changes three times a year.
