excellents produits faits sur place
Maison sérieuse, les bestioles sont élevées, gavées, tuées, mise en conserve sur place. Rares sont les faiseurs de foies gras qui travaillent l'intégralité de leur production sur place. Grand choix, avec des prix plus élevés que dans les enseignes régionales. La patronne, Mme Kuster, est très aimable et on peut voir les canards et les oies gambader dans les champs attenants à la propriété
