The restaurant was taken over by Charlie and Melanie. Both are professionals and they demonstrate this in the welcome as well as in the food. On the program: a modern decor and a refined bistro atmosphere. The menu changes every two months and depends on the imagination of the chef who creates a gourmet, creative and refined cuisine using fresh products, mainly bought in the Bergerac region. He puts all his talent into enhancing the visual as well as the gustatory aspects. He knows how to play with the sweet and savoury alliance for the pleasure of the taste buds. It's a mix of surprising flavours with each new bite: tortellini crab and prawns, Jerusalem artichoke cream soup, crispy chorizo as a starter, sweet potato rösti, spinach with paprika, halloumi cheese and poached egg and to finish with a grilled pineapple cheesecake, lime and coconut crumble, pineapple ice-cream, for dessert. The presentation is very neat, not to mention Mélanie's welcome, which is equal to the chef's talents. Be careful, the seats are limited in the dining room or on the terrace, it is wise to book, as Vin'4 is beginning to build a good reputation on the Place de Bergerac and in the surrounding area.
