The garden is shaded and pleasant in the summer, and the swimming pool is welcome after a day of discovering the Purple Périgord. As for the rooms, they adapt to the size of your tribe, from the standard to the family suite. The decoration is neat and contemporary. Good deals on breakfasts on certain dates and if you book in advance. A sure value in Bergerac !

Parking was secure and spaces were large
First room I was given stunk of cigarette smoke, was given new room free of charge where tbe aircon stopped working by 11:30pm. On a day where temperatures had reacted 42 degrees the broken aircon kept me awake for hours as i simply couldn't bare the heat. Woke up the next morning soaked in sweat. Definitely one of the worst sleeps I have ever had in a hotel.
The rooms are comfy and have tea/coffee facilities, toiletries and a hairdryer. Hotel also provides towels for the pool. A quiet and relaxing hotel where the pool was often very empty. Super stay in an area with plenty of places to eat. The market on weds and sat morning across the road is a must visit!
Wij kwamen aan in het hotel en we hadden, dom genoeg, voor de volgende dag geboekt.
Er werd aangegeven dat onze kamer niet mee beschikbaar was.
Jammer maar begrijpelijk.
We konden wel een upgrade krijgen naar een duurdere kamer.
Wat we besloten te doen. Het was tenslotte onze eigen schuld.
Wat er toen gebeurde is werkelijk onbeschoft!!
Wij moesten niet alleen de upgrade betalen maar het hele kamer bedrag zonder dat het bedrag van de andere kamer er van afgetrokken werd.
Werkelijk schandelijk!!!!!!!!!!
Nog voordat ik deze review ging schrijven, het management de kans te geven om dit recht te zetten maar kreeg een belachelijk antwoord, dat ze terecht hadden gehandeld.
So you booked a room one night earlier and paid for your room normally, it's quite okay on our part, all hotel establishments work like this!
