These pastry chefs and chocolate makers from the left bank are not lacking in imagination, as shown by their Grain d'or chocolate flavored with Monbazillac and the Croquinoix, a surprising flaky praline. They have launched the Pavé de Bergerac, a tribute to the old Bergerac, its often uneven cobblestones and its medieval houses. It is a delicious mixture of nougatine, crunchy praline, dark chocolate and brown sugar. On the bread side, well selected flour, even organic, natural leaven without additives or preservatives. Only the real thing as we like it!
