Gilles Gérault discovered rosette and fell head over heels in love with it. Initially a tenant at Château du Rooy, this cellar master went on to acquire the buildings and the Bergerac red and rosé plots, while keeping the Pécharmant plots on lease. His passion: producing rosette, a confidential wine that's mellow, fruity and light. In 2010, his wife Laetitia, a former wine analysis technician at CIVRB, joined the domaine. Recently, they began producing dry white wines aged in barrels.
