After more than 10 years' experience, Pauline moved to Bergerac in 2023 to bring you specialities made from local produce. You'll also find Italian charcuterie, carefully selected on site. In addition to the cheeses, there's a selection of fine groceries and favorite wines. The team offers a warm welcome and sound advice... You're in for a treat!

Open Tuesday to Friday, 8am to 12:30pm and 3pm to 7pm; Saturday, 7:30am to 1pm and 3pm to 6:30pm.
Owner's Message
After several years of traveling the world to enrich my knowledge of cheese: ripening, processing and farm management, Idecided to return home to finally realize my dream of having my own cheese dairy!
Thanks to our expertise, we can put together original combinations and pairings to create the perfect cheese platter. Cheese and wine pairings are an added bonus that we can suggest to you!
You can find everything at the cheese shop, from starters to desserts! We also have a fine selection of fresh pasta, arancini, dairy desserts and Italian cookies...
For the kitchen, we've chosen Terre Exotique as our partner for their magnificent spices.
It's a place where sharing, good humor and passion are the watchwords!
