The breathtaking view of the Dordogne, at the foot of the castle, is one of the pleasures of the establishment. The establishment has been renovated. Some of the rooms have a private terrace and all of them are very comfortable. The Chef Thierry-Emilien Bernard, who has worked in the Crillon kitchens, creates tasty dishes using fresh produce in the spirit of traditional Périgord cuisine where everything is homemade: cappuccino of foie gras, cabécou and country ham fritters, duck confit and Sarladais-style apples, pork mignon with walnut sauce, walnut cake.
