The village is famous for its heritage. It also benefits from a fine table, where local products are given pride of place.
Delphine and Jérôme have traveled extensively, particularly in South America. Their restaurant offers a fusion of dishes from the four corners of the world, such as ceviche revisited or leek maki with citrus sauce. Périgord is not to be outdone! Duck breast with hibiscus juice and chicory fondue, cabécou... As for desserts, you'll discover less exotic recipes, such as Breton tiramisu or buckwheat crème brûlée. Everything is fresh and well presented. Delphine is on hand to serve bissap, iced teas and house cocktails.

Accueil très chaleureux. Les plats étaient exquis. Le décor était remarquable et surtout l'artiste a talent certain !! J'ai eu le plaisir de savourer le chocolat chaud maison le plus délicieux qui soit ! Dommage que mes enfants n'aient pas su apprécier ces fins mets.

To be honest, we did not expect much on a cold and rainy evening in a small, though beautiful town called Bourdeilles, somewhere in Perigord at the end of October. What we found was excellent food and an outstanding friendly staff at the Nommad‘s. The Tataki de salmon and the Risotto made of Quinoa are highly recommended. Wines were excellent and the atmosphere of the place was unique, thanks to the paintings of the owner. A big „thank you“ to both ladies, for an awesome evening.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons à Bourdeilles...très jolie village... si nous sommes revenus aujourd'hui c'est pour partager un moment en amoureux au restaurant Nomad's....un rendez-vous qui est devenu maintenant incontournable ... c'est validé.... nous avons voyagé grâce aux saveurs du monde orchestrées par l'artiste des lieux.... nous vous sommes très reconnaissants de vous être lancés dans cette entreprise... bravo et longue vie à cette belle et bonne énergie .....à très bientôt
