The village is famous for its heritage. It also benefits from a fine table, where local products are given pride of place.
Delphine and Jérôme have traveled extensively, particularly in South America. Their restaurant offers a fusion of dishes from the four corners of the world, such as ceviche revisited or leek maki with citrus sauce. Périgord is not to be outdone! Duck breast with hibiscus juice and chicory fondue, cabécou... As for desserts, you'll discover less exotic recipes, such as Breton tiramisu or buckwheat crème brûlée. Everything is fresh and well presented. Delphine is on hand to serve bissap, iced teas and house cocktails.

Ce restaurant propose en été deux terrasses au pied de la très belle église.
La cheffe a concocté une très belle carte à partir d’excellents produits régionaux glanés dans les villages alentours, comme par exemple une étonnante Burrata de chèvre ou encore les savoureuses viandes et terrines de la maison Bouffier de Brantôme.
Le service, emmené par le volubile patron et son équipe de serveuses de choc, est attentionné et efficace.
Laissez-vous tenter par les pépites digestives dénichées par le patron aux alentours, comme par exemple ce doux mélange d’alcool de poire et de cognac.
I was afraid I had booked into a classic tourist trap restaurant in this tourist filled village just behind the castle and church.
Instead what a surprise!
Impeccable outdoor service. They set up an "umbrella" for us to stay comfortable and cool in the shade.
Surprisingly "fusion" cuisine of the good Colombian chef, if we understood correctly.
Dishes and wines that are remembered, Waiting for the right amount of time between one course and another.
I confess that the spectacular sunset has added an extra note of magic.
