In this beautiful riverside setting, the restaurant La Drona has made a place for itself at the heart of the Hostellerie des Griffons. Located at the foot of Bourdeilles castle, the entrance is from the old bridge. The tables are set on the terrace overlooking the river... It's a delight to sit here in summer! In the kitchen, chef Damien Cluzan is committed to local, seasonal cuisine: roasted veal sweetbreads with Asian flavors, poached monkfish in duck fat with citrus vegetables in season... As this is a very popular address, reservations are recommended.
