Perigordian house elaborating a kitchen and pastries house with the local products bio of quality.
Sarah Nicolas sets the table for Brantôme. The interior decoration is inspired by rustic Perigordian houses, with customised furniture on a background of old stones. Moreover, since she likes to go hunting, she has also opened next door a flea market area with a few tables on the terrace. The homemade cuisine and pastries are made with quality local organic products. The continuous service varies according to the day. For breakfast: hot drinks, organic fruit juices, sandwiches, homemade jams, organic eggs, pork belly and yoghurt with muesli. For the snack: cold meats, cheeses, oysters from the Arcachon basin or the Ile de Ré. All day long, suggestion on the slate, sandwich of the day, cakes presented under a bell, homemade ice-cream, beers, soda, etc. The service is sometimes served on the plate or in a casserole dish, just like at home, for lunch: lasagne or duck parmentier, almond and pear clafoutis. In the evening, it is an aperitif dinner. It is best to book, as at lunchtime, it is often full.
