The hotel Aliénor is located in the magnificent village of Brantôme in Périgord which you can discover on foot. We are located at 200 m from the famous bent bridge, the abbey and the commercial heart of the village.
This two star establishment is composed of twelve rooms on the ground floor all equipped with shower, toilet, television and telephone.
Ideal for a professional stopover or for your vacations, the hotel offers different room models, including family rooms that can accommodate four people.
You have a private parking lot and a free connection in all the rooms.
A breakfast consisting of fresh bread and pastries, fruit juices, jams, hot drinks, dairy products..... is served every morning.

Discover the city of Brantôme
It is the only town in the Dordogne whose borders are limited to the perimeter of an island. Founded in front of an abbey embedded in the cliff, Brantôme is encircled on all sides by the currents of the Dronne. Between stone and water, the "Green Venice of the Périgord" is a magical stopover.

The Dronne is a small river which is not navigable at the base, because it is 40 centimeters deep in places, but some boats can pass through it. Built by Benedictines in the 16th century, the Brantôme canal extends over 600 meters. Its cruises follow their route on the river.

VISIT THE ABBEY OF BRANTOME
Founded according to legend by Charlemagne at the end of the 8th century, the Benedictine Abbey of Brantôme includes an abbey church, a cloister gallery, an 11th century Romanesque bell tower built on a rocky overhang, and a monastic building housing the Fernand Desmoulin Museum and exhibition rooms. The caves located just behind the abbey can be visited and offer sculptures dating from the occupation of the place by the first monks.
