LES VENISES DE BRANTÔME
A farm that produces wheat, transformed into flour, then this one that gives beautiful pasta in the colors of the Perigord Vert.
Emmanuelle wanted to join the family farm, and her husband Vincent had long planned to sell healthy products from his own production. Les Venises de Brantôme was born of this desire. Their elaborate pasta products are made from wheat flour harvested at the Bas Doumen farm. The plots are cultivated just to preserve the soil, so that it remains alive and the system can be maintained for centuries to come. The 4 varieties of bistre-colored pasta are the result of a journey from the earth to the plate. And it tastes great!
