Vincent Bouffier, a worthy son of his father, his wife Laurence and their sons, run this butcher's shop. Vincent makes his own delicious preserved foie gras, confits and pâtés. All his charcuterie is made using traditional methods, with a Label Rouge pork from the South West. The heifers come from the family farm. His specialities are white ham, duck rillettes and IGP Périgord semi-cooked foie gras. He also has a catering activity at home.
