FERME DES GOURDOUX
On this farm, a member of the Bienvenue à la ferme network, market gardening has been practiced since 1910. Colette and Sébastien Farges continue the family business. These harvesting farmers sell seasonal fruit and vegetables to private individuals or on the Brantôme market, picked in their mature gardens: tomatoes, salads, courgettes, aubergines, peppers, melons, potatoes, etc. They sell vegetable and flower plants. They also raise fattened ducks that they sell fresh, whole or cut up, from 15 November to 1 March, on order, and in preserves all year round (foie gras terrines, thighs, duck breasts, stuffed necks, rillettes, pâtés).
