Nous avons acheté une cuisine INOVA il y a un an. Très content au départ, meubles très bien posés mais il manquait la livraison de la cave à vin. Finalement livrée, elle chauffait car c'était un produit non encastrable. Inova nous la change. A la livraison, la porte était cassée donc elle repart. Un an et demi après, nous avons toujours un trou dans notre cuisine à 15 000 €. Inova Andrézieux a fermé. Inova Campagnac n'est pas responsable de l'électroménager, Dimetel le grossiste ne répond pas non plus. Chacun se renvoie la balle et notre cuisine entièrement payée n'est toujours pas finie! Cela frise l'incompétence, le service après-vente nous prend de haut. Bref, il ne nous reste plus qu'à lancer une précédure. Du coup, on déconseille fortement cette marque.
