Ô MOULIN
A beautiful table which knows how to offer dishes for which one comes from afar, recently rewarded by a bib gourmand.
Nicolas Aujoux and Cécile Guerin have made their restaurant - an old mill - a sure bet where the contemporary decoration blends marvellously with the old stones. Cécile is at the reception desk while chef Nicolas creates little wonders in the kitchen using products from local producers. His inspiration sticks to the season: pan-fried foie gras escalope with sweet and sour blackcurrants, piece of veal, chanterelles, parsnips, salsify chips, juice reduced to the flavours of the undergrowth. Without forgetting the desserts of Kévin which can be enjoyed all day long.

Am Ende noch ein Drink an der besonders schönen Bar der ehemaligen Mühle!
