Yvette and Michel de Carsac are artisan canners. Since 1997 they have been selling the famous gastronomic products of the Périgord. The team is at the disposal of the customers to guide them in their choice, but also to praise the know-how of the house and the quality of the products. The shelves are filled with classic products: goose or duck foie gras, blocks of foie gras, pâtés, stuffed necks, confits, terrines and a few lesser-known gastronomic products
