But he also makes savoury things like a bagel with breaded chicken and raw vegetables. His breads like the baguette or the bâtard with spelt flour and Guérande salt are superb, the pastries are made with flour and PDO butter, the brioches are plump and appetizing. He organizes drawing competitions for Easter to help children win magnificent chocolate creations.
