Yohann Grangier's path has been via the Internet since the beginning of his reconversion: we were able to follow him in the story of his professional reconversion. Now he is well established in his life as a snack and dessert maker, always with # to follow him with #Gourmandièse : with a letter that does not separate from the delicacy : to the letter! It is very similar to what he designed, a flexible and quality service with organic and local ingredients: he delivers to individuals at home and supports restaurants in the care taken with the dessert menu. It is also present on the Champcevinel market on Fridays from 3pm. If he has left the world of communication where he operated in his former life, it still serves him well to promote his well-acquired art of biscuits, desserts and pastries. His creations are multiplying: Franky (for "go ahead, it's good"), a lemon cake, with a little vanilla and rum... Or Beldi, a crispy shortbread, but also melting, flavoured with bergamot lemon.
