Day 1: Arrival in Sarajevo
Steps: Sarajevo
In-depth visit of the capital, monuments, mosques and old quarters including Bascarsija and Ferhadija terraces. Smell the atmosphere of the city and its eternal Bosnian atmosphere.
Day 2: Sarajevo
Go deeper into the city, up to the Bistrik district on the left bank of the Miljacka River and then up the opposite hill to Vratnik, a village district on the hill. In the summer, enjoy the festivals (e.g. film or music) and end the evening in a jazz club.
Day 3: The surroundings of Sarajevo
Still Sarajevo, but expand your horizon to the surrounding area. Climb one of the walking tours up the surrounding hills for the views and landscapes of Bosnia beyond the last neighborhoods. Try the Skakavac waterfalls, the highest in Europe, 10 km from the center and finish with the Bosna springs and the village of Ilidza.

Day 4: Hiking to Lukomir
Steps: Lukomir
The Olympic ski resort of Mount Igman and a real hike on the massif, with the tour operator Greenvisions to the village of Lukomir.
Day 5: Herzegovina
Steps: Konjic, Jablanica, Mostar, Donja Drežnica
Departure toHerzegovina and Mostar stopping in the Neretva gorge, making a detour to the Boracko lake. Then, in Jablanica, stop by the lake and in the Neretva canyon at Drezinca, for example. Arrival in Mostar in the evening.
LAC BORAČKO
Day 6: Mostar
Visit Mostar and its old town, around the Neretva, one of the most beautiful sites in Bosnia. Push on to Blagaj a few kilometers away (possible by bus) to see the Buna springs gushing out of the mountain and visit the dervish house built into the cliff.
Return to Mostar to spend the evening in a restaurant overlooking the Neretva River, then party on the terraces around the old bridge or climb the cross that dominates the city.
Day 7: Neretva Valley
Steps: Hutovo Blato, Stolac
Visit of the Neretva valley andHerzegovina. Stolac and its ancient sites, then the lower valley to arrive at the nature reserve of Hutovo Blato where migratory birds stop in the marshes.
Day 8: The charming Trebinje
Steps: Hutovo Blato, Trebinje
From Hutovo Blato, drive through the pristine karst plateaus ofHerzegovina to Trebinje. Visit Trebinje and its old center, an example of Mediterranean architecture.
Day 9: Relaxing on the Adriatic
Neum, the beach, the Adriatic and the hinterland, a beautiful 50 km ride to Stolac.
Day 10: Sutjeska Park
Steps: Parc National De Sutjeska
Headeast to the Sutjeska National Park. Walk in the high mountains of the park or in the park (sleep in Tjentiste).
Day 11: Rafting trip
Take a day trip to the Tara River canyon.
Day 12: The bridge over the Drina
Push on to Visegrad at the Serbian border on the tracks of the famous Drina bridge. Take your time in the Drina Gorge and visit Dobrun, the fortress and the monastery.

Steps: Banja Luka, Jajce
The surroundings of Banja Luka and especially the monastery of Gomionica or Mount Šehitluci. Drive down the Vrbas Gorge to Jajce before nightfall.
Day 16: Jajce
Steps: Jajce
You have stayed at the hotel Stari Grad and visited this historical city, without forgetting the Pliva waterfalls, in the middle of the city. Take a trip to the Plivska lake 5 km away.
CHUTES DE LA PLIVA
Day 17: Travnik
Steps: Travnik
The old Ottoman capital with its extraordinary Sulejmania mosque and the site of Plava Voda at the foot of the fortress. Evening at Tarvan, especially if a cultural event is taking place.
Day 18: Stroll on Mount Vlasic
Going back north, climb Mount Vlasic with its ski resort and forest. Try to arrive in Bihac before nightfall and visit the old town.
Day 19: Rafting to finish
Steps: Martin Brod
A beautiful rafting trip down the Una or a walk in the upper Una to Martin Brod and beyond, on foot.
