The park surrounding the castle has been designed to offer the public a social, educational, relaxing and leisure garden. The natural green space has been redesigned. A whole course, located on the edge of the Isle, has been tagged to the bambouseraie. Here, pedestrian paths on wooden platelages allow to cross the pool of semi-aquatic plants. A fishing pier has been specially designed for disabled people and in order to establish a canoe base, ten family gardens have been completely renovated with cabanes cabins and a picnic area. The garden is accessible by the other side, Perigueux, thanks to a pedestrian walkway and cyclists.
