Having fallen in love with the Périgord Noir region, Chef Thibault settled in Hautefort, where he happily welcomes guests to discover the local produce. His cuisine is based on a creative, personal interpretation of tradition: perfect egg, butternut purée, blue cheese sauce and walnut slivers, thyme and Parmesan-crusted cod, vegetable fondue, beurre blanc cauliflower mousseline. The setting is pleasant, with a modern bistro style. Our favorite is the à la carte Troubadour burger! New: you can order your cakes to go.
