Nathalie and Eric guarantee you a cuisine without butter and without reproach because here everything is home-made and Perigordian.
The name of this restaurant, Lou Boueiradour, refers to the Occitan term for the utensil used to blanch chestnuts. It's a sure sign that you're in for some truly traditional Périgord cuisine! Duck breast, nems stuffed with foie gras, sweetbreads with Périgueux sauce, omelette with porcini mushrooms... Generous recipes. Nathalie and Eric have been running this little restaurant for 29 years: if it lasts, it's because it's good! In summer, you can enjoy a meal on the terrace facing the château, with a beautiful view.
