AU VIEUX MOULIN
Zhanna and Philippe Gualerzi have kept the spirit of their predecessors. The gastronomic cuisine, based on local products, is served in an always enchanting setting. The decor of the dining room is both rustic and chic. The covered terraces, overlooking the Beune, and the garden with its majestic trees contribute to an extraordinary well-being whether for a meal or an aperitif. The chef only works with seasonal products and enhances them with his personal touches. In the first menu, we enjoy a traditional Périgord enchaud. The milling trout, farmed in the estate's river, potatoes, tomatoes, capers and lemon are delicious. For dessert, the crispy snowball and custard bring a touch of fantasy.
