Located on the square of the old port of gabarres, in a beautiful old house with a fireplace in the dining room and a flowered terrace on the waterfront, Christian and Brigitte Lapeyre's restaurant offers Perigord and Italian specialties made from fresh produce : gourmet salad with raw foie gras, semi-cooked foie gras, omelette with porcini mushrooms, sausage and duck breast (delicacy from the cellar), Rossini style duck breast, coppa and Parma ham, fresh pasta with duck breast with porcini mushrooms and chanterelle mushrooms sauce, pizzas and finally more than 100 flavours of ice cream. A children's area allows parents to have lunch or dinner quietly. Attention: in high season it is prudent to make reservations, especially if you want to sit on the terrace.
