L'ESTAMINET
Virginie and Vincent Verbecque left Saint-Crépin de Richemont with their Estaminet, which slipped into the walls of the former Auberge Basque. Nothing Basque anymore but a decoration of wood and white and a traditional cuisine with a complete lunch menu (soup, buffet of appetizers, daily specials, dessert, coffee and 1/4 of wine). On the menu: salads, chef's planche, entrecote, breast, duck breast, occasionally with suggestions of carbonation so as not to forget that the bosses are from the North, and above all pizzas to compose yourself with a large choice of ingredients without restriction. The only bar in the village, l'Estaminet welcomes a local clientele and the atmosphere is friendly. The restaurant room is large and the terrace can accommodate 80 people
