So Rita and Heinz Johner, the owners have taken advantages of this nineteenth century house as quiet as gourmet place. With splendid exposed beams, a large park, bright colors of the countryside, terrace overlooking the amazing garden, it is really an incredible place. Of course, it is the end of the winter but your patience will be rewarded in sunny days with a cuisine of regional inspiration but it is not folklore style. Quite the contrary. It is rigorous and traditional cuisine. To convince you of this, you have to taste soft cake with scallops and celery, emulsion of summer truffle emulsion, milk-fed lamb leg, fresh thyme breadcrumb, coco beans with curry and the delicious white chocolate with raspberry and the chocolate slurry. And, 10 rooms are available including a junior suite.
