Dimitri Savelieff opened this small restaurant in the premises of the former school of the commune. School equipment has disappeared but the atmosphere of the past is still pregnante. Apparent stones, antique furniture and warm atmosphere of the room, the decor was camped. The kitchen is made with local products and in the plate the servings are generous. The soup is made from fresh seasonal vegetables, the breasts are cooked as requested, the beef coast (the chef's specialty) also and the quality is impeccable.

La côte de bœuf de chez le P'tit Escolier m'a vraiment plu. J'y reviendrai sûrement un de ces jours.
