Let's taste the Alpage or Auvergnate sandwiches, or let's opt, for the greediest, for the tartiflette, the fondue or the raclette. There is also a Perigordian menu: chiffonnades with plain potatoes and a green salad. Denis buys from local producers and artisans. For dessert, in addition to home-made pastries such as apple pie, chocolate cake or walnut cake, you can try Roland Manouvrier's homemade ice cream.
