A local family cuisine, with fresh products labelled IGP Périgord. Committed to a quality, local approach.
Chef Lionel Lascaud (aptly named for his proximity to the Lascaux cave) draws his inspiration from local family cooking, using fresh produce with the IGP Périgord label. The names of his suppliers and the place of production are displayed on the menu: the bread comes from Peyrignac, the organic vegetables from Arthur's farm, the poultry and foie gras from Maison Pélégris... The Collège Culinaire de France has certified him as a Restaurant de Qualité. The menu changes with the seasons. And don't forget the excellent pizzas.
