After winning over the Périgourdins with their in-home chef service, Manon and Hugo have opened their own restaurant: La Muse Bouche. In an elegant setting, Manon offers refined bistronomic cuisine, blending tradition and modernity. The menu changes with the seasons: a slab of Neuvic sturgeon with a delicately scented spelt risotto; a cannette sublimated by a hibiscus juice and delicately served with a beet espuma; a fresh crab presented on a cauliflower purée...
