Julien passed through the Old Logis de Tremolat before settling nearby in the former presbytery of the abbey church, of which he is the key, in the shade of the imposing fortified church of Paunat. The exposed stone building offers an open terrace in the gardens, a warm and attentive welcome, tempting gourmet proposals: cep tartlet with garlic cream, homemade terrines, fried veal sweetbreads with Port... A host of specialities, always renewed, according to desires and seasons. The preparation of the dishes is superb. It's an excellent address.

Magnifique endroit. La bâtisse est romantique à souhait. L'accueil est parfait et surtout, le bonheur est dans l'assiette. Que de saveurs ! A tester absolument ! Nous, nous y retournerons.

Toujours aussi sublime, raffinement, élégance excellence, les mots manquent pour exprimer cette belle expérience... Cuisine du terroir, travaillée avec finesse ou avec un peu plus d audace, c'est un régal pour toutes les papilles....Ce repas professionnel a participé fortement à la réussite de la journée... Le lieu est en accord avec l esprit de la maison, généreux, raffiné on se sent bien, bravo pour tout..
