Take a trip to the Indian Ocean, where the chef offers you refined Indian and Sri Lankan specialties, deliciously spiced up (to suit your taste). Madras are very strong, but tikka massala is much milder. They are marinated in a yoghurt sauce with herbs and spices, roasted in the oven and baked again in a cream and butter sauce. Nans are very moist, whether plain, with garlic, onion, cheese or vegetables. All dishes are served with rice. Finally, try kulfi, an Indian ice cream made with pistachios.
