Open all year round. Monday to Saturday lunchtime from 12pm to 2pm and evening from 7pm to 10:30pm; Sunday from 12pm to 2pm. Menus from €31 to €37. Children's menu: €12. Set lunch menu: €16.90 (starter, main course and dessert). Wine by the glass. Theme evenings once a month in low season on Friday or Saturday. Example: All-you-can-eat prime rib evening: €39. Groups welcome (on reservation). Terrace.

LE RITUEL restaurant is located on the picturesque Mediterranean coast of Collioure. With three distinct seasonal menus (summer, autumn and winter), the establishment offers excellent home-cooked cuisine using quality local ingredients. The house specialty is wild fish, delivered daily to guarantee freshness. A variety of dishes will delight your palate. You can also enjoy your meal with drinks, cocktails or aperitifs. For those who prefer tender meats, low-temperature cooking options are available. The restaurant offers the option of dining indoors in a 40-seat room, or outside on a terrace seating around 20. An excellent choice for a quality meal!

L'oeuf parfait était parfait, la lotte sauce chorizo ibérique délicieuse et la poire en trompe l'œil juste super!
Ma femme fut ravie de sa truite en entrée et a adoré le St Pierre au beurre blanc saveur truffé et a goûté à nos desserts et regretta de ne pas en avoir pris!
Notre fille a eut un menu enfant avec filet mignon et frite maison qu'elle a adoré et sa glace de marron "la meilleure du monde"
