AU SAINT CASSE CROÛTE
Exit Le Croq'Saveurs: Frédéric Férent took over this address in the spring of 2018 to move away from the city centre where the catering offer is too dense. It has already won the loyalty of a neighbourhood clientele and attracts the eye of those passing through with various formulas: local, vegan, gluten-free... with fresh products, over the seasons, natural and 90% organic or gluten-free. All suggestions (sandwiches, bruschettas, salads) are available in vegan or local. The interior decoration smells good in the 60s on a background of old stones, the aniseed green touches are as refreshing as the dishes. You can enjoy fruit juices on demand, sit down in this restaurant and tea room or take your purchases with you. The house regularly offers workshops, after work and concerts. It's a place where you feel good, eating good things.
